Brew ratio

Work out the water for a filter-coffee recipe using the coffee mass and your chosen ratio.

Multiply coffee mass by the water ratio. For example, 20 × 16 = 320 grams of water. This describes water added, not the final drink yield; some water remains in the grounds. It is a starting recipe for filter coffee, not an espresso formula.
